National Risk Services, Inc., was founded in 1993 as a premium audit and property insurance inspection firm servicing clients nationwide.  NRS quickly found out that in order to stand out from it's competition it needed to do things differently. 

They wanted to allow for customized solutions for each client without having to write code for each and every change.  It took a long time to get it right and they found out along the way that many of the software products and components that they needed simply did not exist.  So they got into the custom software business as well.  Creating their own customed components and software tools to allow for the innovation and flexibility that their clients desired.  Over the years they continued to see slow innovation in electronic forms processing and PDF components that were concise, yet complete and most importantly easy to use. 

As the ancient Greek philosopher Plato once said "necessity is the mother of all invention," and in much the same way, that is how PaperBytes was born.  Simply out of necessity to facilitate the level of innovation and technology that was required to meet our goals at National Risk Services. 

They have created simple elegant solutions for electronic forms processing, form deign tools, conversion tools for many image formats to and from PDF, high speed scanner applications for twain and ISIS implementations, scan directly to PDF, a licensing component, and many other simple, elegant and useful tools.
